I have been offered some new take off tyres from a Cayenne, unsurprisingly a pedigree brand too. But, they are rated 103Y, the door plate on my car shows 107V.
Now i know a little about speed ratings so Y is 'better' than V but after research 103 seems to be rated 100kg per corner lower than 107. Is a Cayenne really significantly lighter than a Touareg?
I know insurance companies love to find any angle to walk, so it seems i can't use these safely?
