Parts Required:
2 x pad wear sensors 106330538(eurocarparts) P8604(Pagid)
1 x pad set 101330500 (eurocarparts) T4997(Textar) 7P0615415F(VW) 95835293900(Porsche)
Jacked up and removed wheel
Detach the wear sensor plug and turn the socket left behind through 90' to remove it from the clip on the back of the calliper.
Using a M14 Spline tool, (double square) remove the bolts holding the calliper to the hub.
Remove the calliper and make sure you support it and dont let it fall or dangle on the brake hose.
lever out the pads and remove the old wear sensor, clean up with brake cleaner and use a clamp to push the pistons back (you can attach your brake bleed hose at this point and loosen the bleed nipple to make this easier by hand.
Push the new pads in against the spring retainers and over the locating pins
Bolt the calliper back into place and then insert the new wear sensor and carefully push home with a screwdriver. Torque bolts to 30NM + 75'.
Put the wear sensor socket back into the holder and plug the wear sensor back into place. Job Done!
