so it’s a 64 plate R line, yea I contacted the company many times with what’s happened,they sent another activation SD card thinking it may be faulty but still didn’t activate with the instructions given??

I can't help with your specific problem - but just a heads up that while contributors on this forum are predominantly from the UK, it does include contributors from Australia, USA, Canada indeed globally where they can converse in English - those non-UK contributors won't understand what a "64 plate" car is so best to refer to it as a 2015 model year.
