Well with a tear in my eye I handed over the keys to my Audi S4 - after one last open windowed blast through the Manchester airport runway tunnels
. For the first time ever I have bought a car that I needed, not that I wanted. First child arrived in January, and the S4 won't hold a baby seat plus gubbins along with driver and any passengers - never mind their luggage, so it had to go.

So I got this...

It has air suspension, xenons, electric seats, rns510 nav, and a parrot bluetooth kit, which is the only (minor) disappointment - why don't people fit factory phone kits to expensive cars???

You will love it....enjoy, I remember having to part with my 1972 Triumph Stag due to having a new and growing family. The stag was right back then in the bachelor days but I needed to become more practical and economical. Sad but we all go through it.

The Treg will grow on you as time goes by and the Audi will fade into a very fond memory of halcyon days.

Notes to self...

Touareg is wider than an S4

Touareg has much smaller turning circle than the S4

Touareg is longer than the S4

The ginnel/alley at the side of our house is still the same width

Meaning...

If you turn the steering wheel at the same time as in the S4 when pulling out into the busy road outside the house, when hurrying because you are late for Mothers day dinner, the car turns quicker, and you scrape the rear offside corner on the wall.

Not too bad, may be fixable by chips away, but absolutely gutted
