Question for God:

Compared my car to my colleagues - both make the usual screeching noise between 2nd/3rd gear which I understand is normal, however.....

Mine does it every time it changes gear 2nd/3rd, but his only does it the first time from starting and never agani till engine restarted.

Both are identical 54-plate 2.5 Sport Autos.

Which is buggered - mine or his ??

sorry thats one of them you need to hear it things the abs /traction control does self check as you mention but only once from restart then not again till ignition off and back on again will look further see i I can find anything else to help you
