I am writing to enquire when it would be possible for someone (Simon?) to have a look at the above vehicle to sort out a few annoying problems:
I previously enquired with Simon why the computer will not give a Total average mpg readout - it only gives a figure for the journey at the time. I've not heard anything back from Simon, but having made enquiries elsewhere it seems that this is not a "design??? fault since other people's vehicles do have this feature.
The rear passenger side light cluster appears to be "proud??? of the bodywork, rather than fitting flush as it should.
There is condensation on the lens of the rear passenger side light cluster.
Lastly, but most important, and also most annoying (especially for my wife who spends most time in the car!)
When playing music that features any reasonable level of bass, the driver's door speaker rattles and distorts terribly. Interestingly this is noticeably worse when the a/c fan is operating on a high setting e.g. when first starting a journey.
As I have said, these are niggles, but equally none of them should be there on a £40k vehicle !
I look forward to hearing from you with a suggested date when these items can be addressed. I will obviously require a vehicle to use while you work on ours and trust that this will be something suitable (not just a diesel Polo) as we were promised when we bought this vehicle from you!
