When breaking has anyone noticed a slight clunk somewhere behind the dash and feeling it through the steering wheel?

Hi ccrugby !
The only time i came accross this kind of thing was loose steering rack bolts. Not that it was almost falling out sort of ting but just loose. If you up for it, take a 16 spanner and crawl in under neath and check the bolt your self. they screw upwards through the subframe onto the steering rack. There are 4 of them.
