I think these just about covered my disgust with what was, "Titled service" from Reg Vardy
I am/ have been dealing with VW Nottingham (West Bridgeford) for whom have given myself perfect service, moving away from the problems with the car, if the service team was up too scratch I do not believe we would be at this stage now
Aside from the problems with the above car S7 RVS, I unfortunately took my wife's beetle into Reg Vardy for a service, whilst collecting the car, after I had paid for it, we where advised there was a flat tyre on the car, ( I Quote, by the way sir you seem to have a flat on the car, sorry we are not allowed to deal with punctures (W891 RSC)
I will never take my car or anything into one of your outlets again
Even a kind of bollocking of Sir Peter,( no offence meant Peter) about I did not even buy the car from his outlet
Probably something to the sales man stinking of **** and I could deal with this whilst trying to look at cars, they did not have one in, and made no attempt to find one?
I even tried to purchase a new golf from Reg Vardy's; this took ages to even get a price let alone talking about money and then I was that fed up, I went to the pub
Even part's is a nightmare, I do not know where they go to, when they go behind the dreaded door, I took the mick one day when even a chap with a Reg Vardy jacket on had to queue for parts for the body shop
If I never had to set foot into Reg Vardy's again it would not be a day to soon?
