Recent 18k service carried out by Pullman of Durham, quote 310 actual 285, car cleaned in and out, loan car was a new Treg sport with 2k on the clock. Excellent service from pullman, original tyres, require replacement soon was only service comment from them. Had my Treg for 7 months completly trouble free.

Seems steep - my 18k service on a 2.5 Auto cost £198 including clean inside & out and Treg loaner.

I think that depends on whether any extra work apart from the routine service is added on. I added the brake fluid (£53.46) and air con service (£60), which they recommend at 2 yearly interval, and swapping the tyres around (£30) for the 18000 mls service. The bill came to £339.68. The long life service itself was £195.16.

Depends what was replaced or fixed

I too paid £198 for my 18k service but that was for the service and oil change - but I know others who've needed to air con regassed etc., When I looked at the break down of the costs, the service was £38

, the long life oil was £112

Then again - what price for good customer service?

I'd gladly pay £285 if I came away feeling impressed with the service I'd received
