Looks like BBC watchdog may be able to assist, but they need people to ring them to verify its more than 1 complaint. the phone number you need is 0208 538 1000. Leave your details on this number and when asked state the complaint is about VOLKSWAGEN UK TOUAREG PROBLEMS. Hopefully they will get back to you and we can then state our case.

VW have got to get their act together we are not all loaded with cash and I am sure most of you out there slog your guts out to have a nice car (I know I do
)

BT,

Clearly people have a problem they need help resolving - I think thats all it is

Personally I had the tyre wear problem, however I was happy with the way my dealer dealt with it - others are clearly not so happy, hence these recent posts.

As we all know, an unhappy customer will always shout about it, unlike a happy one - I could go on and on about fecking O2 all day
- Personally I dont think it will trouble residuals much at all.

Just my 2 pence.

TBH Kaine, the residuals do not bother me personally as I leased the Treg. I am only thinking of the poor buggers that have bought one.
I think it will damage the marque if the beeb get involved. Sad, it should all be sorted out by the dealer.

agree completely on all points, especially the dealer bit - I feel I have a good relationship with my dealer as both parties are accomodating - it works and things get done to my satisfaction
