Well what can i say

total transformation to Reg Vardy

Firstly, no ticket machine,big bonus

Very friendly and accomodating

Fixed the treg, where others had failed

may consider buying from them

the only one in competition would be Lister's of Stratford, they too had glowing reports in the last forum

It would be interesting to know how all the dealers perform in the eyes of VW UK - but I guess will never be privy to such information - a shame really, as that is probably the best incentive for any dealer to get there act together.

In case anyone is interested Reg Vardy VW (Leicester) have lost their Touareg technician and are currently booking their Touaregs into Nottingham VW for any work. Mine goes in on 16/5, hopefully they can find out why the outside edges of the front tyres are wearing when Lindvale VW in Romford couldn't.

My Treg is currently in with Nottingham VW Westbridgeford

they are a loverly bunch of people

Well What more can one say

Had to drop the log bok for the old one into them today and it was such a good feeling

the tecnician took time out to talk to me (Robert )

the service chap (Nigel ) shook my hand and i enjoyed the visit

i even enquired how much replacement wiper blades where and was ask for my keys

my keys came back job done

no cost, but i would have enjoyed paying for them

more than happy agian

Still wiating for my head lamp protector's to be replaced

Nothing else to report

This may not be, West Bridgeford, but was passed to them by lux spit spit car and teh item supplied was not VW original

And it will not drop as the wife purchased them from Reg spit, spit, Vardy whilst the car was in for warrenty repair nd she is alway's at me

Any one else had problems with these ?

This was many month's ago

That is where I got my Treg from....had a few problem but got it sorted our fast. Nigel soon got it sorted.

Sales is also OK. Andrew McDonald in sales is a laid back non pushy chap that nothing appears to be any trouble. Phew to think I nearly bough one from the VW dealer in Derby

Well, Thanks again to these Guy's n Girls

My poor Treg lost its brains in respect of the keyless entry

It is now fixed but no thanks to VW Technical

They only sent out a super-ceeded part and it could not be programmed when installed in the vehicle

Here again

Dropped Treg of for a couple of little probs, nothing to silly to report on

However the exellent service from Nigel has left me smiling

Got the "Hurse" as Nigel calls it Passat estate 2l tdi

Nice enough for a couple of days any how

Another splendid experiance by VW Nottingham

Collected yesterday lunch time, went of to Hinkley then onto Coventry, returned home ( back to the pub it was Friday)

What a joy to drive, they picked up a couple of new bits and re-programmed the Treg, it feels like anew car

Thanks again to Nigel & Richard, 100% as usual

Not Treg Related Aside form the Top Notch service

I recommended a friend of mine go there to purchase a car from the aobve

He phoned me yesterday to compliment Nott's VW for a fab service
