I have owned this motor for more than a year now, long time for me but true

This has to be the best motor I have ever had the grace to drive, as per my sig, thats the bit at the bottom for the dumbo's

I have had, more than my fare share of problems with VW, however
I am still here along with a bunch of more than dedicated bunch of tried and tested Treg owners and followers

I am about, wasted today, but will follow up any questions on Saturday, forget anything else today, I am going bed

All of my thoughts

I would be interested to know how you have got on with your tyres on your V10.

I have had my V10 for a couple of weeks, its 10 months old, covered 10K and fitted with 20" wheels and is eating the outside edges of the tyres.
When I picked the car up and pointed it out to the dealer his comments where "10K is about average for a set of tyres" I then noticed that the tyres had been changed front to rear and the rears are also worn which actually means its eating tyres at a rate of 5K per pair.
The steering and suspension has been checked and found to be within required limits and the dealer is not really interested.

I know this subject has been of some debate on the forum but I would be interested to know how you and other V10 owners have got on.

Regards

No problem Chap

I am currently running on 18" Grabbers, but the Conti's did around 15k, due to my quality driving skills

put a little bit more pressure in them to try and get the middle of the tyre to do some of the work

The outside of mine did go quicker but the middle was not far behind

Hope this helps
