It really do not come down to the missing backseat, it come down to the word ..eh.."tax".
Since our cartax is as it is..the highest in Europe apprx 200% on factory price..(if you want to get wiser look at a danish used car pricelist on the internet..

So VW Denmark has to negotiate a price with Germany..and it has to be low..every word you say is fined with 200%..

So if you say ..ehh..Altheo wheels...You say..20 kilo Danish Crowns divede that with 11 and so on....so much for the EU Union

But the importer says..I will be the first in DK..and you will get the pictures including the old dog..and the little new one..which we will get in 70 days from now when he is 8 weeks old.

Well the good news is that my new Touareg has been built and has left the factory!

The bad news is that it is now sat on a train waiting to be sent to the port and it may still be another three weeks before I take delivery.

Oh well, I know VW will do all they can to get it to me quickly. I was just never very good at the whole 'patience' thing...!

Took nothing like that length of time for our V10 to arrive once complete.

Good to hear you are at least updated regularly on your new arrival.

Since I ordered mine in February I have heard f**k all from my dealer, unless I have chased them.

Doesn't bode well for the future does it.
