I guess it was the heat on Wednesday.

Got to petrol station very empty, and the door would not open. Tried inside and outside handles but it was if they wern't connected to anything.

I'm 6'4" and 18-20 stone and not really built to climb across the gearstick...however, once I had filled her up, locked and unlocked the car from outside, the handles worked again !!

Then wipers wouldnt work for 5 mins.

Then the air con....

Then the indicators.....

Then the windows....

Now all fine again!!

Wierd ?

Probably expansion contraction issue with the connections in one of the control modules as a result of the heat I believe this has happened before on some vehicles previously, still not very helpful, it is fairly rare. <_<

Also sometimes a dodgy battery will give you random faults, I had a saab which as I drove along the dials one by one switched off, quite amusing watching the needles drop away and very confusing. The battery still had enough power to start the car. Just a simple thing to check.
