I know the washer reservoir is buried behind the wheel arch liner but has anybody actually accessed it. The low washer fluid warning has disappeared on our treg again which is a pain in the current weather, so I suspect the float switch is goosed.....anybody got any info please.

Is it possible that its just frozen up , and a fill of hot water might cure it?

A fill of neat washer fluid would be better methinks as this would both thaw out and protect.

No it's not frozen up, this was happening before the cold weather set in, but it's more of a problem when you need the security in weather like this....

I know it is stating the bleedin' obvious but I keep 5 litres of wash stuff in the boot all the time 'cos I hate paying extortionate service station prices when you can get 3 for 2 at Halfords.

Am I mistaken to think that the screenwash reservoir is heated up?

On Tregs SE model and above I think you get heated windscreen washer jets.
