Little swimming pool under windscreen cowling - where to drain from?

Hi - just stuck my hand down n/s cowling in front of windscreen to remove leaves and found a little pond!! There's loads of drain posts on here but think I've got the terminology wrong. Grateful if someone can point me at the correct discussion on how to unblock the relevant drain - thanks. it's under here if that helps! Thanks.

There is a rubber drain in each of the front wheel archesi.

Crud gets washed down in to the bulkhead and they block.

You remove them and bin them.
