I believed the wait was due to a lack of luxury courtesy cars i.e loan treg.
However this morning I was given a 1.6 manual Golf.
Please believe me, I am not a snob who believes I should be given a top end courtesy car,
I would have been happy with the Golf if only?..
1) It had not been bone dry, not even enough fuel to get me next to the pump at the nearest filling station, small push required.
2) Did not smell like an ashtray, despite the no smoking signs and lack of ashtray. This is obviously a car driven by one of the VW staff who smokes on their way to work and ignore their own rules.
3) The mileage on the trip computer had not been reset when I was handed the key!
After the latest comments on the forum about different dealers customer care approach
(Landrover?s free half day off road course just for enquiring about one of their models
verses almost a years wait to get your Treg day) VW have a big mountain to climb.
Should I decide to buy the facelift treg, It won?t be sourced through Leicester VW
LUXURY car support, my arse :angry2:
All I can say is EX Reg spit spit Vardy
Need I say more
