Well i have it back in one piece and it is absolutely pristine the paint job is spot on and it drives fine just pulls to the left slightly so ill get the tracking checked straight away - dont want to increase the tyre wear ne more than normal !!!!!

JUst taken it to Smith Knight Fay Stockport to let Chris Johnson have a look - everything fine just a slight tracking issue so booked in for wheel re-alignment and insurance has accepted it as part of the claim - RESULT!
PS Chris told me "off the record" THAT VW HAVE RESET THE MILEAGE LIMIT FOR TYRE WEAR TO 6000!!!! SO keep checking and make sur you claim early enough !!!!!!!
