hi all i recently had a problem with guess what oh yes tyres wearing ! so i went off to visit my local retailer rich alexander huddersfield who i have had a excellent dealer experince from .any way the lux technician came out to see me and have a look at the tyers and test the vehicle i think he is called kazer very nice pleasent chap very helpful and certainly knows the product .any way he tested my vehicle quite exstensivly and told me the the way tyres where wearing was due to a wheel aligment problem .i was swiftly booked in and a loan touareg given to me .2 tyres wher replaced and wheel aligment carried out . when i picked up the vehicle i instantly noticed the whole driving dynamics of the vehicle was a hell of a lot better in every waywithout a doubt . the techi kazer had done a excellent job and i highly recommend him. i had to pay 50% towards the tyres which i suppose i could live with,i really really think its about time vw the manufacturer got this problem corrected and stop upsetting customers how long is this going to go on ? its not the retailers fault and certainly not the technicians fault .vw need to get off there high horse and address the issue it seems to have gone on long enough.its a good job we have technicians like kazer or the job would be knackerd .keep up the good work kazer ,and vw sort the dam issue out .
