My experience with Agnews has been really poor.
The Touareg sales guy Keith is only interested in selling finance based deals, wouldn't even quote me when I mentioned I had looked at broker pricing.
The service department believe the best way to provide you with service is to ensure you visit regularly for their nice coffee. Thus, they have never complete any task on one visit. When my cars were in warranty I tended to use Agnews but no more. They have the organisational skills of a 2 year old. They only seemed interested in volume services, so no interest in diagnosing and fixing problems and they lie through their teeth to cover up lack of attention and planning.
Their focus appears purely financial rather than service orientated. I'll not be back to them again.
