Faith restored - today Jon Mills the General Manager of Inchcape VW, Shrewsbury has given us a credit note for four tyres and four wheel tracking in connection with issues with our 2003 V10.
I can commend his swift action, since Monday of this week, to investigate and reconcile the situation, it has restored our faith in the committment of this dealership to supporting the customer.
