I will keep this as brief as I can.

I bought a Treg from Gilders in October '06. The slightest issue, they have been extremely helpful with.

In April this year a more serious problem materialised. I have documented this in the general forun -

The upshot is that the dealership has been fantastic, they have supported me 100% and could not do enough to help me.

I would like to thank Gary Straw - Service manager, Craig - Touareg engineer and Michelle for all the support and help they have offered.

As a dealership I have been very impressed with the service and my experience has not affected the confidence I have in both the car nor the dealership.
