Interesting date on the bulletin
Mmmm...still very restricted factory approved choice...think Hancooks look the best from feedback on here, when I need to change.

Also seeing that its VW America ... seeing that they would sue for the wrong size knot in your shoe laces, surely its not meant for these shores.....

Interesting to note that the US drivers are experiencing the same tyre wear problem.

I used Wrangler on 3 Jeeps and wear was OK, although the Hancooks appear from reports to be the ones to go for.

Anyone has any experience of Wrangler fitted to a Treg?

my 3.2 petrol. I asked through my VW dealer for winter tyres for that and they came back with the wrangler recommendation so it must be UK as well. I fitted them and they seemed fine.
You might find Toyo Proxes fit the bill... They were my second choice and they fit the technical requirements ie must be above a 101/2 rating and a Y rating or above...just a thought..

Take your pick I preferred the FT's.
