I would just like to post a mention for the Lux Car Manager at Dane of Chester
I purchased my vehicle just over a year ago now and have had reason to have various dealings with them since

On all occasions i just speak to Jonathon Kingsley the Lux Car Manager and he just deals with all the other departments for me

On every occasion he has been more than willing to help, nothing is too much trouble and his responses have always been rapid, he is a credit to the customer service industry and VW taking the term 'Professional pride' to the limitand even going beyond the call of duty

Judging by some of the issues brought up about other dealerships anyone in the northwest who looking for A1 service should pay Dane Chester a visit

I just hope our relationship continues and he doesn't get head hunted by Lexus or Mercedes

If he goes the Treg goes

Have to agree.

Bought mine from Jonathan Kingsley last week. Bought car, which was in stock, on Monday and collected it Friday, which included a rather long introductory session about the car.

Very impressed with the guy and the dealership.

So far so good!
