I took delivery of my V6 TDI a couple of months ago.

Hand-over by Richard Gullett, the Lux Car Manager, was excellent. There wasn't a button, switch or whatever that was not carefully explained (including a demonstration of how to fit the tow ball). I was even introduced to the engineers.

Shortly before taking delivery I was invited to meet the cleaning and polishing team Manager (I'm sure that this is not his official title but is suitably descriptive), so that I could satisfy myself that he was suitably qualified to polish my new Treg!

Last week, I had a handful of minor issues to be resolved by Colbornes. They collected my car (from 40 - 50 miles away) and returned it with everything sorted-out, including a replacement Nav system (which was not working properly with the bluetooth telephone equipment) just two days later!

Wow! How's that for great service?

Well done to Richard and his polite, friendly and efficient team!

It's good to see dealers getting the credit when it's due.

Well done to them and i'm pleased for you Minty.

You must be very proud.

Have you got bluetooth phone integrated with the satnav? My dealer couldn't tell me anything about this and said it wasn't possible.

i have had both the Nokia, Without the screen and now the Parrot without the screen

the Parrot seems to be a hell of a lot clearer for both ends of the conversation, the nokia was very echo'y
