Unfortunately the Lux. Car manager that we dealt with has now moved to Swindon, so can't comment on Sales side.

However, Simon, in the workshop, is a nice chap and seems to know what he is doing........and almost more importantly will admit if he is stumped!! Like solving the mystery of the MFD average mpg....

Just to follow up with regard to servicing/workshop.

Can't give Simon enough praise.....he sorted out my MFD query in the end (many others around the world have failed) and has always given me exceptional service.

I agree. Dealt with Simon before Christmas. He's a really nice guy and seems to have pride in his work. I'm taking my Treg in on 13.02.07 to look at an Airbag Fault. Hopefully he'll find a quick solution.

I have dealt with Simon too he's a nice guy. Then unfortunately a guy called Matt came on the scene, he came over from their Newport garage very arragant attitude "im right you are only the customer & you're wrong" I'll never go there again. Also told by Matt the service manager if i didnt like the way i was treated to go away we dont need your business.

There were two Matts, one service dept manager & one master techy. I always tried to speak to Simon but he never seemed to be available.

Have just booked Treg in, for airbag fault, for next Weds with Simon......

Best that reception could offer was a Fox or a Polo, even when I complained. Implied that as it was a warranty job I should be grateful it was no charge ...!!!!

Phoned back and spoke to Simon direct - called me back 5 mins later and he can do me a Touaran or Jetta....!!!
