I am considering installing an Android Auto kit into my 2015 RLine, looking at VW Touareg MK2 RNS850 2010-2018 Wireless Apple CarPlay Android Auto Interface – Integrated automotive UK Does anyone have experience of this or an alternative, thanks in advance.

No experience of that one, but ready plenty of good stuff about UAD
Check out the Unique Auto Developments product. From what I have read, it seems very good. I plan to get one fitted once out of warranty.
I think, the Chinese ones are knock offs of the above.

A few have installed a Naviplus. Its the one I would fit if I hadn't decided to sell my Touareg
