It's working ok for me today and I know SFA as the internet was invented after I retired from IT.

Forced a cache clearance and works fine at the moment. Internet was around when I retired from IT and I keep forgetting about cache clearance but it does sort a lot of web problems out

I clear the cache daily as a matter of habit, it certainly helps to keep things un-clogged.

Dunno Nooby, I do run several forums (music related) so I do know a little bit about the setups but I have no experience or input to getting rid of this damned popup. Just glad it's gone.

No but I’ll ask the question.

What software/firmware are you referring to specifically

I’ve passed this on to Admin.

I’ve been advised that the site wasn’t saving the cached data to the users server correctly and therefore the pop-up kept repeating. Glad to see that the issue now seems sorted.
