Emailed a dedicated address for a CoC weeks ago, heard nothing so tried to ring on Friday.

What a joke, none of the numbers i found are answered, ever it seems. Got a different number from a UK dealer which was answered but it was "finance" only.

Why so difficult to contact a business? Still in hiding after the emissions debacle?

Pi$$ poor and very frustrating

If that is truly VW UKs approach to business i'm very glad my old example vehicle isn't dependant on them for anything.

I however need a piece of paper that only they can provide and am therefore dependant on them.

Won't a few drachmas dropped accidentally sort it out at your end?

That may have done the trick years ago, beaurocracy is king now and looming brexit adds to phenominal paperwork. Got our residents permits after five attempts, but so many papers still needed.

I'm going to have to bring the car back without the CoC and start again next year
